Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Direct Sales Representative, you will:
- Generate leads through door-to-door and direct sales strategies
- Engage with potential customers, understand their pest concerns, and offer tailored extermination solutions
- Exceed sales goals while maintaining accurate records and reports
- Build long-term customer relationships, ensuring continued service and residual earnings
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for goal-oriented professionals who:
- Have successful sales experience, preferably in extermination or pest control
- Possess strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Are self-motivated, competitive, and driven by performance-based rewards
- Speak English and Spanish (preferred but not required)
- Have experience in technical or field sales (preferred but not required)
Job Requirements
- Must be able to commute or relocate to Palmetto, FL, and surrounding areas
- Ability to travel up to 25 percent
- Valid driver’s license (no more than two moving violations in the past three years, no DUI/DWI in the past seven years)
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
